Easeful Living Through Ancient Wisdoms
“Healing begins when we start to live the life we really want to be living”
- Dr. Claudia Welch
Why Ancient Wisdoms?
The ancient wisdoms - be it Yoga, Ayurveda, Qigong, TCM, Macrobiotics - are rooted in the understanding that we are a part of nature.
The same elements that are present in our bodies are the same elements that are present in our environment - and the journey to health is a dance of bringing these elements back to a state of balance and harmony.
The teachings of ancient wisdoms do not just treat symptoms or compartmentalize body parts.
They look at the person as a whole and aim to bring balance to the whole system - the physical body, the mental or emotional body and the energetic body - only then can true health be experienced and seen.

Founder of Puja
I am a mama, a wife, a daughter and a forever student of life.
Much of my life has been a struggle of learning to embrace and accept myself just as I am.
It took a 15-year long eating disorder, countless digestive issues and a rattled nervous system for me to finally realize the true meaning of health, and how much responsibility and power we actually have in our hands to support it.
My aim through Puja is to share with you the teachings of these Ancient Wisdoms, particularly ones that have really impacted my life, in ways that are hopefully simple, easy to understand, and accessible in our modern times.
To create a community where we can be true to ourselves and be true to each other, and have a little fun and joy along the way in our quest to lead a more healthful, easeful life.
“Much of the modern illness we face is a reflection of life out of balance - with nature, with daily rhythms, with ourselves.
To restore balance and return to nature is to return to ourselves, and this is the beginning of our healing”
